This can then be used for a flatshot or viewbase for creating backgrounds for other 2D AutoCAD softwares, or drawing production if that's how you want to deal with it. It also helps to have all of the relevant object enablers installed. It tends to be more robust than other methods I've tried too. ![]() ![]() If you were to do the X-Bind first and then try EXPORTTOAUTOCAD it will wreak havoc in your database with duplicate tags and line numbers, and it takes forever on a large model. A bit late to the party, but I've found that doing a DWGCONVERT with an X-Bind, sending to a zip (definitely not in-place), is the best way to get a master model into an AutoCAD dumb model.
